Character Art:
[Dysbun] ctional:
. Dysbun (He/They) Bun is considered the "leader" of the group. They have the power to summon water. This is usually soothing, and helps others relax, but when Bun is overwhelmed the water turns from purple to black & acts more like quicksand. Physically, as their thoughts weight more on them, their ears begin to grow heavier and longer until they are completely immobile. Because of their overwhelming thoughts about negative things, and overactive mind, they are often unable to act. They rely on Hare's energy to help achieve tasks. They can be seen as depression, and were made with executive dysfunction in mind.
[Hare] brain:
. Hare (He/They) Hare is a Jackrabbit who can summon fire. Hare has incredibly high energy levels but lacks focus. They rely on Bun and the others to help focus his energy into tasks. If hare's internal fires are not properly maintained, his body begins to burn up and turn to ash. Eventually this will lead to "Burnout" where he dies out completely. He will regenerate after an unspecific amount of time, but loses most of his memories in the process. His personality additionally can change. Because he serves as the "light" of the group, they all try to both keep him on task, but keep him functioning so he does not burnout. Bun's Water abilities often help smother the flames unless they are contaminated. This is considered a last result because it is somewhat painful. Hares interpretation can be generally ADHD & other attention disorders.
Moo:
. Moo (She/He/They) Is a cow whose entire goal, as they state it is to "have fun." They have the power to summon plants and purple flowers. Hare enjoys burning these, while Buns's water helps grow them as they filter toxins. They invest most of their time doing side projects like gardening, cooking & hobbies. They are unabashedly interested in hobbies others may consider childish, or weird. Bun and Him have a strained relationship, due to Bun's fixation on negativity to a point of dysfunction clashing with Moos outwardly aloof demeanor. Never the less moo insists on trying to push the entire group to enjoy themselves. Interpretations vary from autism, escapism, healing your inner child, & regression.
Pickalo:
. . Pickalo (Picky, Any pronouns) Is a pangolin obsessed with their visual appearance and compulsively leading them to pluck out their scales. They have the ability to summon snowfall that causes violent shivering to anyone it touches. While it is a bit painful it does cause brief relief, followed by regret. They wish they could stop, but they are unable to unless they fully cover themselves. Because their scales grow back, they find themselves in a loop of growth and destruction that they fight to break free of. They try to be as small as possible and a "Good Dog" They do not understand why people act the way they do, why people like them, and often assume they will always be disliked for reasons they might not understand. So they do their best not to intrude. It is rare, but occasionally Puppy will feel a bout of frustration, and want to break free of their self imposed binds. They do this by barking loudly, and almost maniacally. They were made with nonverbal autism and headspacing in mind.
