About Me
My name is Nick [They/Them] I'm a Black, Lesbian and Neurodivergent creator. I run Simplenick's in partnership with my partner!
As a person with ADHD, one of the most important things about my art for me is being able to not only tell my story, but give a sense of belonging and catharsis. My struggles with neurodivergence have led to some of the hardest times in my life, but also learning and accepting it have grown into everything I am and do today.
My Fursona
Luey is my fursona I've had since age 11 and have grown with me. through them I've been able to do a sort of art therapy that has helped me overcome traumas and make important self discoveries.
Generally they are a dog/dragon shapeshifter that gets mistaken for many different animals. They do possess abilities that I use to portray different emotional states, like mania or executive dysfunction.
They are usually portrayed as a little guy, but otherwise we share most of the same personality traits and even the same fluffy hair!
My Dreams

My goal is to be able to save enough money to buy a house and start a homestead! I have a huge passion for gardening but living in an apartment in the middle of the desert isn't idea for that.

I want to have my own coffee collaboration with a furry in the fandom. my special interest is that I have a coffee collection of about 30 bags all with rankings I've made on coffees I've purchase from Furries. I hope to collect them all!

I want to eventually release a hardcover of my book Werewolf Rehab. Once the story is done I plan to get a tattoo of the werewolf bitemark the main character has.
